American Bank's Do-Not-Call Policy
 

American Bank of St Paul is committed to honoring the requests of its current and prospective customers.  In support of this commitment and pursuant to regulations set forth by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the Bank's Board of Directors has adopted the following consumer policy.  This policy statement is being provided to our customers.

 

American Bank maintains a record of the name and contact telephone number for consumers who do not wish to be called.  If you do not wish to receive sales calls from American Bank, you can ask us to place your telephone number on our "Do-Not-Call" list.  In compliance with federal and state laws, we will document your request immediately.  Please allow up to 10 business days for your telephone number to be removed from our call program.  Your request is valid for five (5) years.

 

  • Your request can be in writing or by telephone, and must include, your name, account number(s) and your telephone number.

  • If you have multiple phone numbers you must inform us of all numbers that you want included in the Do-Not-Call list.

  • You must inform us of a name change or a new phone number to enable us to add them to the Do-Not-Call list.

 

Any American Bank personnel involved with telephone solicitation is trained, informed and directed to comply with the Bank's Do-Not-Call policy.

 

It is American Bank's intent to comply with all Do-Not-Call laws and regulations.  If a consumer requests a copy of our Do-Not-Call policy, we will send a copy of this policy via U.S. Mail.
