Security Alert: E-mails are not sent over secured lines. It may be possible for others to view information contained in email messages.

Your privacy and security are our primary concern at American Bank. We use industry security standards to protect your account information from unauthorized access. However, due to the nature of Internet email communications, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your email or that the information you communicate will remain secure and private.

For these reasons, when sending us emails we ask that you do not include account numbers, social security numbers, passwords, or PINs. Do not email us if you have errors or questions about your statement, online banking, bill payment services, if your password is stolen, or if you want to stop payment of a transfer or bill payment. Instead, use one of these alternatives to contact us:

• In person;

• Send your request via postal mail; or
  

• Contact a Customer Service Representative at (651) 628-5909.

If you do email us with general comments, we will record your feedback and it will be used to help guide our future product and service delivery decisions. We may not send a personal reply to every email, but we may contact you by telephone or email you for additional information or to better understand your feedback.
